Move-Out & Tenant Turnover Cleanouts

Moving is hard enough without figuring out what to do with everything that didn't make the truck. We clear leftover furniture, bags, boxes and trash from apartments, condos and houses so the place is empty and ready for the walkthrough or the next tenant.

Living room before and after a move-out cleanout

What is a move-out cleanout?

A move-out cleanout clears everything left behind in an apartment, condo or house after a move: furniture, mattresses, bags, boxes and trash. Pacific Haul & Wash empties the unit in one visit, leaves it broom-clean and ready for the walkthrough, and can pressure wash the entry or patio for the next tenant.

Can a landlord hire you to clean out a unit after a tenant leaves?

Yes. Landlords and property managers book us for turnovers once the unit is legally theirs to clear. Send photos and access details like lockboxes or gate codes, and we will quote the full cleanout, do the work without you on site, and text after photos when it is done.

Empty and ready

Our living room job is a good example: bags, boxes and leftover furniture cleared out, leaving an empty room ready for the walkthrough. Add a pressure wash of the entry, patio or driveway for a better first impression on move-in day.
