A property cleanout includes removing everything unwanted from a home, unit, garage or lot in one visit: furniture, bags, boxes, appliances, mattresses and debris. Pacific Haul & Wash sorts around anything you keep, hauls the rest, leaves the space broom-clean, and can pressure wash the driveway, patio or entry in the same trip.
Most single-unit rental cleanouts take one visit of a few hours, depending on how much was left behind and how easy it is to reach. Text photos of each room to (619) 972-3798 with your turnover date, and we will tell you the soonest opening and a firm estimate before we start.
A cleanout usually means hauling, sorting and some cleaning, and coordinating different companies for each part slows everything down. We haul out everything that needs to go and can wash down driveways, patios and walkways in the same visit.
Turnover time costs money. Send us photos of what the last tenant left behind and we'll quote the full cleanout. We're used to working around lockboxes, gate codes and HOA rules, and we can send after photos when the job is done so you don't have to drive out.
In estate and family cleanouts, not everything is junk. Tell us what to keep, set aside, or look out for, like paperwork, photos or keepsakes, and we'll work around it.

The City of San Diego's only active landfill. Open Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed Sundays. Fees are charged per load or per ton, and appliances, TVs, electronics, universal waste and household hazardous waste must be properly disposed of before a load enters.
