Privacy Policy

Pacific Haul & Wash (“PHW,” “we,” “us”) provides junk removal, property cleanouts and pressure washing in San Diego County, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request an estimate through this website, by phone or text, or through our social media pages and ad forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out our free quote form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your service address or ZIP code
• The service you need and your preferred date, if you give one
• The job details you type in
• Up to four photos you choose to upload

If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you send, including photos. If you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta Platforms, Inc. sends us the information you entered; Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Our website uses privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to see which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies, and we don't use it to identify you.

How we use it

• To respond to you, prepare your estimate, and schedule and perform the work
• To contact you about your request or job by phone, text or email
• To keep basic business records such as estimates, invoices and taxes
• To understand which pages, posts and ads bring in requests, using aggregate counts only

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting and database providers that store quote requests and photos (Vercel and Neon)
• A form-notification service that emails us new quote requests (Web3Forms)
• Our email and phone providers, such as Google (Gmail)
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you contact us there or submit an ad form

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell us you'd prefer not to be contacted. We don't send marketing texts without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and photos only as long as we need them to respond, do the job and keep normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as limiting access to the people who need it and using password-protected accounts. Photos you upload are not published on our website. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email phw.sdservices@gmail.com or call or text (619) 972-3798. We'll respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under California law.
