Ocean Beach is older beach cottages, duplexes and small apartment buildings on tight lots, many with alley access and little or no off-street parking. Rentals change hands often and leave furniture and mattresses behind.
We clear units between tenants, haul single items from upstairs apartments, and pressure wash salt- and sand-covered patios, walkways and entry steps.
Ocean Beach is part of the City of San Diego. See junk removal in San Diego for citywide details.
