Rancho Bernardo is a planned community from the 1960s onward, with active-adult neighborhoods such as Seven Oaks and Oaks North alongside family areas like Bernardo Heights. Many households here are downsizing after decades in the same home.
We clear homes before a move to a smaller place or assisted living, haul extra furniture and garage storage, and pressure wash driveways and entries before the house is listed.
Rancho Bernardo is part of the City of San Diego. See junk removal in San Diego for citywide details.
