On a schedule
Put it on a schedule and stop thinking about it
Sidewalks get dirty again. Enclosures fill up again. Units turn over again. Set a schedule once and I’ll keep showing up, usually early or after hours so your doors stay open.

What can go on a schedule
- Storefront sidewalks and entries
- Dumpster pads and enclosures, including dumped-item removal
- Drive-thru lanes and restaurant patios
- Apartment common areas and walkways
- Standing turnover hauls for property managers
How often
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or quarterly. Busy sidewalks and food-service enclosures usually need it more often than an office entry. Send photos and I’ll tell you what the site actually needs.
What you get every visit
- Work scheduled around your business hours
- Runoff kept out of storm drains whenever the site allows
- After photos texted to you for your records
- Invoiced per visit by default, or monthly for recurring commercial stops
