Terms of service
You get a price before work starts, and I only do what we agreed on.
Quotes
Quotes are free and based on the photos and details you send. If what’s on site is different, I’ll tell you the new price before moving anything, and you can say no. Quotes are good for 7 days unless what’s on site changes
What you’re responsible for
- Having the right to remove what you ask us to haul
- Setting aside anything you want to keep
- Giving us access and telling us about gate codes, stairs or parking limits
- Disconnecting gas and water lines before we arrive
What we won’t take
We can’t take hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste.
Cancellations and payment
Text at least 24 hours ahead to cancel a booked job at no charge. Payment is due when the job is done unless we agreed on an invoice. Card, cash, and Zelle work; commercial accounts can invoice
Damage and claims
Text photos to (619) 972-3798 the same day and I’ll make it right. Formal liability wording is on the certificate and any work agreement we send
